What is PayPal and how does it work?

How do I make an online purchase?
It's easy and safe! Once you've found the item you would like to purchase, just click the 'Add to Basket' button on that page. You will be taken to the shopping cart page which will summarize your order. If you are ready to checkout, click the 'Checkout' button. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. What are your shipping rates?
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPINGfor all retail purchases shipping within the United States. Our products are shipped to you USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States and usually arrive within 3 business days.

International Rates: We also ship to the following countries via USPS. Packages usually arrive within 4-10 days. Our discounted rates are as follows:
Canada - $6 flat rate (you save minimum of $2)
United Kingdom - $8 flat rate (you save minimum of $2)

What is your return policy?
We believe that you will love your Little Animals™ Tee and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange the item or refund the purchase price.

Do you sell your products wholesale?
Yes. If you would like information about carrying the Little Animals™ line in your store, please inquire here. Only verified businesses are eligible to receive wholesale prices for the purpose of resale.

Why are all the shirts natural in color?
Our soft tees are made with 100% USDA certified organic cotton. The cotton is grown and our shirts are made with care in the U.S.A. without the use of harmful chemicals, pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The color of the shirts are the unbleached natural color of the cotton.

Why are there a few little specks in the shirt?
Because the organic cotton is not processed with chemicals and bleach, occasional raw fibers (“specks”) are inherent in this natural fiber (kind of like vanilla bean specks in all natural vanilla ice cream). With a wash or two most, if not all, will disappear. The cotton will get even softer and more cuddle-friendly over time.

Do you have big kid sizes?
Unfortunately, not right now. However, we hope to offer larger toddler sizes of the Little Animals™ line in the future, as well as nursing and maternity tees under the Fresh Milk Company™ line.

What is the packaging made of?
The single packs and twin packs of our tees are packaged in recyclable clear packaging. We feel it is important for customers in stores to be able to open the package easily and feel the fabric before purchase as well as clearly view the detailing of the shirts through the package. We made sure to select the most easily recyclable plastic that has no known hazards related to it. We ask you to please recycle or reuse (would make a great case for stray crayons!).

Our three pack gift sets are made from a completely renewable and 100% compostable material...corn! Interesting, huh? We thought so! NatureWorksPLA has created innovative packaging that looks and acts like regular plastic, but is not made from petroleum products. This packaging only takes from the earth what the earth can easily replace with markedly less impact on our environment. And this packaging is 100% compostable and biodegradable, eventually easily returning to the earth. A smart solution that we fully support!
